Rescue remedy or similar that works

I've posted about my cat being shot on another thread a week after we lost our lovely dog. The cat has two patches on her head in front of her ears that are scabby and bleeding.
The vet suggested possible stress and to look into rescue remedy or similar so I'm hoping someone has a recommendation for me. Thanks

I find Zylkene works quite well with mine, comes in capsules which I open & sprinkle on the wet food. They have it in my vets, but I buy it on Amazon.

Also of course Feliway or similar plug ins are good.

Zykleen and pet remedy work well. I didn't find feliway as effective.

This is what we are dealing with. At first thought it was from a fight but the patches have got bigger. Each time they scan and start healing she aggravates them. We are back in the vets on the 19th for the removal of her stitches so if it's still bad I will get them to sort something.

If she's traumatising the wounds she should be wearing a buster collar otherwise they'll never heal. Yes to pet remedy diffusers and zylkene. Surprised your vet didn't recommend/dispense. Most vets stock zylkene.

Oh poor little girl! Those do look sore.

Obviously check with your vet first, but Dermisol cream is great for helping healing, reduces itchiness & irritation, and is used for loads of animals including cats. There may well be others out there that do the same thing, that's just the one I've seen used for similar sore patches.

I did think that. I wasn't there as I was at work. At the time she and Dh were obviously more concerned about the air rifle pellet in her side. I'm going to look at your recommendation now. Thank you
