Food for sensitive tummies

My cat has been on royal canin sensitivity control for a long time due to runny poos. The vet said it was ok to keep her on this. I’ve tried her on another food (Harringtons) for a couple of weeks to try and save money but she has the same problem again. Has anyone tried any other foods that are good for sensitive tummies but may not cost quite as much? I’ll obviously pay if I need to, but as a single mum things are getting very tight so trying to find alternatives for everything.

One of our cats has Arden Grange sensitive and is doing quite well on it

Thank you. Just had a look - do they do wet food or just dry?

Have you seen whether it's cheaper to buy from zooplus?

KikiCat · 04/08/2022 20:19

Unfortunately it’s not. There is a sensitive one there that is much cheaper though so I may see how that goes, thank you.

When I put mine on Royal Canin for dodgy tums, his tum got even dodgier.

My boy has IBD royal canin moderate calorie gastro intestinal wet. Cheaper from pet drugs online

Ours gets a runny bottom with any dry food and with wet food containing lots of fillers. We give him Feringa pure meat, from Zooplus, and this keeps everything firm.

Thanks. I use pet drugs online but the cost seems to have gone up recently. Have ordered one from zooplus to try but will look at feringa if it doesn’t go down well.
