Changed behaviour, ignoring us more, lying on the floor

Our 4 year old (got her from the shelter when she was 2) tuxedo moggie has in the past week or so been behaving oddly at night, not miaowing or moving when she was in an upturned box and we were searching for her for an hour, and not responding to treats this evening (had a good dinner)
it has been very rainy, and she may be feeling lazy, but she newly likes to lie with her tummy to the floor, which is a new position, and her appetite is normal. Was drinking more than usual.
I will be taking her to the vets but calling for ideas and what additional things can be checked. She goes in the garden so it is hard to get a stool
sample.

Here she is lying as she normally does, more on her side, but it worried me when she lies flat on the cold stone floor, chin down too, as this is a new posture.

She has been hunting moles recently, and whilst I cant find any injuries on her, she doesn't really like being touched much as she was a stray.
yesterday her fur was looking unkempt and a bit frazzled , which is a sign of being unwell. She always stays in at night, except rare exceptions.

Is she neutered? Could she be pregnant? Lying on cold floor is generally a sign of being hot. What did the vet think?

I have a weakness for tuxedos 😻

I would get her bloods done...especially for kidney function...

She was neutered by the shelter after having kittens. I will have blood tests done. Thank you. Sometimes the vets think that cats look fine, but i think i will ask for blood tests anyway.
something is a bit off, luckily her appetite is good and she is active and showing no injury.
