Kittens - what do I need to do

We're getting 2 kittens soon. It's been 16 years since we last had kittens and I feel like Ive forgotten everything! Their current cat mum has given us info on the food they have. Any recommendations for beds or toys would be great.
Also any tips for introducing them to our old boy cat would be really useful.
I promise some pictures in return.

Board up ALL escape routes. Yes that includes the chimney and under the dishwasher!
Book spay/neuter and microchipping.
Let them explore one quiet room to start with.
Blue cross had great info on introducing new pets to existing.

So cute!
I put all the stuff in one room intially. Climbing tower, litter box, toys and food. I have dogs. They stayed in there for a couple days and dogs got used to their scent. Then left the door open and kept dogs on leads so I could control them and cats explored. It took about a week for the dogs to accept them, and for the cats to feel comfortable coming downstairs where we and the dogs hang out. But they still spend quite a bit of time in their room as that's where they are fed and tray is, though we now have a second tower in the living room. They spend most of their time chasing each other around or coming to us for cuddles (and food). The breeder vaccinated them too early before we got them so have to start that process again, she did microchip them so you must update the contact details if yours are already chipped. I'm booking them both in for neutering/spaying before they are six months. I'm not bothering with insurance but they are on the vets health plan.

Kitten proofing is going to be tricky as downstairs is open plan amd the bedroom are all cluttered 🙈. Will tackle DS room as he wants the kittens in with him. I think we'll try to keep them in there unless supervised downstairs.
