My 2 babies have been with me since birth but since they've been weaned they are getting more and more squitty. Like totally liquid poo.

They've been to and fro to the vet, they've been wormed, they're still indoor only and the last thing the vet suggested is changing their food to a 'delicate tummy' one.

Has anyone had this or can you suggest any foods/solutions?

They're fine in themselves but it can't be nice for them.

Have they been wormed? Have you tried small amounts of boiled chicken to try and get the diarrhoea under control and then slowly introduce proper cat food.

What food are you giving?
Is it grain free?

I was going to suggest boiled chicken as well. Our two kittens had upset tummies earlier this year and I gave them boiled chicken for three days together with the (cold) boiled water and slowly reintroduced their food and they were fine then.

Thanks I'll try the chicken.

They have been wormed and just finished a course of Metronidazole. Neither of which made any difference.

I'm going to go to the shop to buy some Hills Sensitive dry food but I'll give the chicken and rice 'reset'. Do you just poach it?

Yeah i poached it and then shredded it so they weren't eating huge chunks of it. Then the same as Olliethecat, did this for 3 days. Then over the course of 3-5 mixed cat food in with chicken till there was mostly cat food. Also give them smaller portions of food and a lot can upset them and feed a little more often. So if you can, maybe 5 rather 3 times a day. I have a sick cat and this works for her.
