Cat spraying indoors all of a sudden

Looking for some advice really.. I have 2 4 year old cats who are sisters from the same litter.

Their personalities are slowly changing but the most concerning one is that one of them is spraying indoors all of a sudden. It's infuriating and I don't know how to stop it. It's very hard to know where and when she is doing it but it seems quite frequent and I catch her pretending to spray quite a lot aswell.

The other cat is becoming more feral. Increasingly becoming more hostile to the spraying cat with growls and hissing and the occasional fight. When they eat their bowls are together and there are never any tussles then so I am really unsure what's wrong?

The house is the same other than I am heavily pregnant but they've shown no signs of knowing that.

I can't keep having the cat pissing everywhere as I've heard it's really bad for pregnant women. They don't have a litter tray and as far as I know do all their business outside!

It’s the weather, it’s gone cold and they want a tray. It’s not a risk if you wash your hands after cleaning.

If a tray doesn’t solve it she’s got cystitis and is in pain.

Unless your very overweight normally they’ll have clocked your pregnant.

If it's a new change in behaviour it may be worth considering a trip to the vets to rule out anything medical to begin with.
After that, you need to be a bit of a detective and try to work out what might be upsetting her.
It could be something like a change of cats in the neighbourhood, a new cat coming into the area could be making your cat nervous about going out, so as above, it might be worth trying a litter tray to see if it helps.
