Should I take my cat to the vet?

Since yesterday she has been very lethargic, not wanting to move much at all.
She has vomited bile several times
She hasn't been to the toilet at all
I haven't seen her eat or drink
She has suddenly started snoring (doesn't sound like human snoring, like she's sighing on every out breath)

Im so sorry, what do they advise?.

They haven't formally recommended treatment actually. They explained some treatment which might prolong her life provided she has lots of follow up intervention for the rest of it but I don't think that will be in her best interest sadly. What a shock.

Did they do a chest xray?

I said goodbye to one of my three cats not long ago. They are such a part of your life and the worry when they are ill is awful.

How is your cat today , or did you have to make any decisions ?

No longer with us unfortunately. It was a massive shock.
