Kittens!!!! (With pictures!)

Well, mainly one kitten, who is the gorgeous girl in the picture! Her markings are so unusual and I wondered if there was a name for colourings like this? Her mum is a beautiful long-haired calico. Are there any early indicators as to if a kitten will be long or short haired?

Her brother, a little ginger boy is also coming home with us!!

Also, girl's names are very welcome. We prefer human names but happy to hear any and all suggestions!!

But I hope you haven't brought her home yet? She only looks about 5-6 weeks old in that photo, which is far too young to be away from mum and siblings.

Torties are lovely & affectionate, in my experience. They're also known as "Naughty Torties". I had a tortie who was very shy, but full of love.

We have two torties and they are both gorgrous and very affectionate. One follows me around the garden like a little dog.

Adorable! We pick up our first ever kitten tomorrow and I am slightly concerned that I am more excited about the kitten than I was during my pregnancies 😂 I just cant wait! Our is 8 weeks old and a little tabby girl

My tortie (Euphrasie) isn't naughty at all. She's a wee bit aloof and v independent but the easiest cat ever.

To all those worrying, I'm not collecting her until 19th July!! She is teeny tiny and very much still needs her mama :)

I had a tortie called splodge.
She was a prolific bird and mammal catcher apart from young blackbirds for some weird reason.
If I had another one I'd call it nutmeg.
