Not a fan of new baby

I'm really hoping someone can think of something we're not already doing.
DS is 8 weeks old. Leading up to him being born, about 6 weeks before he was due we moved the cats into their own room overnight, I was hoping this would mean they wouldn't associate the move with the arrival of DS. This doesn't seem to have worked. Both cats are house cats.

One of my girls isn't bothered at all, not a huge fan of the noisy new thing but otherwise unperturbed. DCat2 however is not coping well. She's been spraying walls and has cystitis. She's been to the vets twice and they're sure it's caused by stress. I'd be inclined to agree. She just isn't herself.

We have 2 feliways now, one in their room for overnight and one in the living room for during the day, the situation has improved but she's still not right. I've been making sure I make some time for her every day but DS will often start crying and I have to leave her to go to him. The other day my mum was over and took DS and gave her a good fuss on my knee (which she loves) however DS then threw up all over the place and I needed to help my mum to clean everyone up. The poor wee soul ran straight into the hall and sprayed as soon as she'd been shifted.

Is there anything I can do? If she just needs time to adjust then I can deal with it but I really don't want the spraying to become a habit. We generally don't see her spray and stop her from doing it so I don't think it's for attention I think it's just driven by stress. Obviously having her peeing where she shouldn't isn't good especially with a new baby. I'm spending a good bit of my day cleaning the walls.
