Bed weeing and dog hating issues

Im after some advise, we have two cats one is ancient (18) and one just 5. We got a dog two years ago, rescue dog, tested with cats and he was fine no agression.

When he arrived it was chaos, cats flying eveywhere, weeing on beds dog chasing etc etc. It all calmed down, cats took over the upstairs and dog down stairs, old cat got used to him and gives him a wack if dog gets too close which dog tolerates and moves on.

The 5 year old cat is the issue, first she moved into the garage, it was summer and she was happy out there, then she moved into the bathroom, that was also fine and all happy she had an igloo and food and went out the window.
Now shes moved back into the house but stays upstairs, she sneaks out at night.

We provide her with food and water and a litter tray, clean it out daily but she is weeing on the beds EVERY DAY! surely she cant still be stressed, after two years? she hardly sees the dog and when she does she stands her ground and hisses at him.

It got so bad I changed all the mattresses and sheets incase its the smell attracting her but she is still doing it and I am at the end of my tether.
I cant take it anymore, we shut the bedroom doors but the kids dont always remember and we have to leave one open for her to sleep in.

She is a lovely little cat and I would rehome her for a better life for her but shes an ordinary black cat and I dont want to go down the facebook rehome or take her to a rescue so I dont know what to do.

Ive tried Feliway twice, no difference. she is neutered. no change in food or illness, fit as a fiddle.

Sorry this ended up so long!

Either she’s got a uti (mine did, no other symptoms except weeing on the walls), she hates her litter or she’s deeply unhappy.

They know dogs can kill them.

I agree. She sounds very stressed and the fact she moved out when your dog arrived supports this. What kind of dog is it? I agree with getting her checked out at vet, but cats pee from fear and it sounds like she is frightened of the dog. Does she have her own basket in a place the dog can't reach?

I have no doubt that she's scared of the dog, she has the whole of the upstairs of the house to be away from him. And I've been carrying her outside while he is shut away so she never has to see him. I guess the noise and smell is enough. He's a cross breed.
Vets checked her and she's fine. But I'll take her again.
