Senior cat food recommendations please

My 10 year old cat would only eat James Wellbeloved Turkey kibble. She had to have 3 teeth removed 14 days ago. She has previously had 2 other teeth removed. She suffers from feline tooth resorption, so other teeth may need to be removed in the future.

The vet gave me some tins of Hill a/d tins while her gums heal, which she has now accepted. I've tried to introduce her kibble back, but she is refusing it, but need to move her off the a/d food. Think it may be best not to put her back onto hard kibble.

Can anyone recommend a good quality Paté type tinned food or even a semi moist kibble to try. If she has any food with a gravy or jelly she will lick this off & leave the food. Bought a couple of tins of Purina gold senior tins which she likes, but don't know how to work out if a cat food is good quality.

I used to go by the protein levels, the higher the better.

It is fine for her to go back on kibble there are cats with no teeth who eat kibble. In terms of the teeth wet/moist food is worse than dry food as bits hang around the teeth encourage tartar, plaque and the FORLs.

I give Harry (who has very few teeth) James Wellbeloved senior wet food. It's in sauce but I mash it up and he eats the lot.

Lonecat we've been told that Harry has some gum disease but it's not too bad at the moment and his heart murmur means the vet doesn't want to do anything yet. He currently has two pouches a day with some dry in between. Would I be better dropping the wet and just feeding him dry? Or maybe cutting down to one pouch?

You'll make him a very happy cat if you say yet!

Thank you for the ideas & info:

Lonecat today I've put down the JW kibble she was eating along with a lily's kitchen tin, both are being ignored. I would prefer her to stay on the kibble.

I Just offered her some felix goody bag treats & she ate them straight away, so know she can eat kibble! Trying to hold out to see if she will eat later the food put out.
