Apologies for tmi - dcat leaking poo!

Dcat is 14 and has always had runny poo, vets have done various tests over the years but found nothing and as she's otherwise happy and in tip top condition we've just left it (she only rarely poos in the litter tray so tbh don't really notice her poos much anyway). Last few months she's had a few incidents of leakage and/or having a very dirty bum and subsequently soiling the sofas or beds. I'm going to speak to vets next week (she has to be sedated to be taken to vets so avoid as much as possible) but does anyone have any suggestions for food/diet to help her?

What food is she on? Is it grain free?

She's been on standard 7+ felix and Purina, recently tried royal Canin digest sensitive, but she won't touch the wet food (despite scoffing the first 3 sachets) seems to like the dry version tho

Check ingredients as I dont think they are grain free. Try a grain free high meat food

Our vets have never said anything about food they've always been very meh as she's generally so healthy.

Mine like encore dry, thrive dry and crave dry and they're all grain free

My cat had a leaky bottom and the vet diagnosed infected anal glands. Maybe worth checking out.
