Cats completely raw and proud on FB is a good group
Mine gets the odd bit, he likes raw turkey mince and chicken wings and if I'm cooking some chicken he gets scraps off that before it's cooked

Bengal cat forum has raw feeding advocates. It’s a scary place & I advise not mentioning you use proprietary food.

Pets at home sell raw for cats but you have to order online.

TB in cats is massively on the increase as is salmonella etc. Our cats are far too long domesticated for raw feeding.

thats interesting, are people just assuming that because they kill animals raw meat is a good idea? i genuinely wonder why dogs cope better with it, yes re: salmonella im. surprised by all the raw eggs im seeing.

Listeria too all sorts of things that cooking kills.

Perhaps dogs are less susceptible to those diseases? Plus they can be near vegetarian so don't need as much meat.

I don’t think uk eggs carry enough salmonella to be a risk, that’s why we don’t have to keep eggs in th fridge.

Whereas in the US it’s a problem and they do refrigerate eggs and wash chicken in chlorine.

Raw chicken is the risk not eggs in the UK
