When is enough enough?

I've posted previously about Snow. She's never been healthy, we've battled through giardia, many many blood tests/ultrasounds/biopsies, a vet who told me she had FIP and to have her PTS (she doesn't have FIP) and most recently she's had all her teeth removed, and an inhaler for chronic bronchitis.
The past 2 mornings she's been very sick, blood in vomit, can't keep anything down, squeals when picked up. Vet this morning suspects pancreatitis. She's had steroids/antisickness/antacid injections this morning and back to vet tomorrow who may want to investigate, ie camera down throat, more x rays etc etc. She's also lost the weight she'd put on last week.
When is enough enough? I love her to pieces, she's been through so much and I can't bear the thought of letting her go, she's still only a baby at 2. I don't know what's best for her now

And you keep fighting with her - she's a lovely little thing.
