Diagnose my cat (vets on Monday)

We are taking her to the vets on Monday but in the meantime does anyone have any ideas what could be wrong or what we could do help?

Long but I've tried to give you everything.

She's a normal moggy and we think about 5. House cat. She's eaten Iams since we've had her. I'm aware it's not ideal but she will not eat anything else. Healthy weight.

About 10 days ago she got a UTI. She gets them a few times a year and we can normally tell when she has one coming but this one came from nowhere. She got meds and some painkillers.

She's had the meds before with no issues. We stopped the painkillers after a couple of days and she's not had the UTI stuff for a few days.

Someone had to look after her for a few days after that and apparently she was fine but was sick a few times.

But in the last week she's vomitting more and more. She's had some hairballs (although she's not grooming more than normal) but mostly she's bringing up food or just bile. From 4am this morning to about 9am she has been sick 4 times. The last time was immediateky after she'd eaten. Husband thought he saw a bit of blood a couple of days ago but nothing since.

She normally wolfs food down (she will eat a full days food in one if we put it down) but at the moment she asks for food, then picks at it (I guess she's realised she's sick after eating).

She's drinking ok and she's now weeing normally. She's very good at using her litter tray but last night she had a poo in the bathroom. Her litter tray is just outside the bathroom. It was a normal poo.

She's acting completely normally. She's maybe wanting a bit more fuss than normal eg as soon as I sit down she's on my lap. Her coat is soft and her eyes are bright. She doesn't seem to have lost any weight.

Husband is convinced it's worms although I've no idea why as she isn't showing any of the signs.

Any ideas?

Hmmm not sure.
Definitely is worth a vet visit-if she deteriorates at all I would take her sooner even if it means OOH-you can call them first and vet nurses will be able to advise.
I would offer some boiled chicken or turkey breast-like the stir fry bits to see if she can keep them down. It's not fatty and is quite bland.

I'm not sure what it could be, but is there any chance a vet can see her today. If she's regularly being sick, there's a chance of dehydration. Might be worth giving her extra small meals.

It's hard to say with the timing so soon after the UTI and your holiday... It could just be gastroenteritis although if she doesn't have a temperature, maybe not. I'd be considering going to out of hours vet if she continues being sick - they can give an anti-sickness injection and it usually works within an hour to stop the vomiting.
