Hi wise people I need some practical advice my 4 month old mc has gone missing I have done all the usual things, contacted vets, searched local area and spoken to neighbours.

I am about to print up some leaflets to pop through doors, any practical advice she is not chipped as was due to be chipped and spayed next month. She has been missing since about 5am. I'm going out of my mind.

any update OP?

pinkgirl1234 · 13/06/2018 00:11

I was wondering the same. How worrying for poor OP. Sad

At 23:50 my gorgeous kitten returned, she is hungry/thirsty and covered in leaves, I cannot believe it we had been out at 20:00 yesterday to post more leaflets begging people to check sheds etc.

I didn't think we would see her again after much tears myself and my daughter went to bed, I was awoken by my kitten jumping on my head!! We had this evening left out tinned fish as suggested by my lovely neighbour, her cat tray and a bed. As she jumped on my head I literally shouted wtf is that, my husband flew out of bed it took some convincing to believe it's her. I did wake my DD to tell her too.

People on here and on Facebook have been amazing the support from the neighbours too.

Ah that's amazing! I can imagine your relief! Flowers

And Wine if appropriate. Grin

Of course, the little buggers can never tell you where they have been!

ItsalmostSummer · 13/06/2018 03:20

So nice! I followed your post as have lost and found (some) cats too. So happy for you Star

rupertpenryswife · 13/06/2018 07:13

Thank you again, it's all surreal I would love to know where she has been. The kitten is acting like nothing has happened.

Glad your kitty is back but I would book her into the vets asap as she could have been hanging out with a local tom.

EachandEveryone · 13/06/2018 07:45

Fantastic!!!

Chickenagain · 13/06/2018 07:55

Was just about to post that loca Facebook groups are fantastic at helping find missing or stolen pets. Am delighted your baby has come home so quickly - but an eternity of misery for you, I'm sure!

Want2beme · 13/06/2018 07:55

So glad she's home with you. What a relief!

River93 · 13/06/2018 07:58

I’m pregnant and emotional and just cried at the news she’s home Grin

Wolfiefan · 13/06/2018 08:00

I'm so thrilled that she's home. But yes. Vet. Just in case. You don't want kitten surprises.

Branleuse · 13/06/2018 08:15

Ive got 4 cats and its quite normal for 2 of them to disappear for a few days and then saunter back in as if nothing has happened.
I think she maybe has come into season and is out shagging. Chances are she will come back in a few days when shes done

Wolfiefan · 13/06/2018 08:16

Erm Bran she's home. And a four month old
Kitten so naturally OP was concerned.

Branleuse · 13/06/2018 08:18

does she look obviously pedigree?

Namethecat · 13/06/2018 08:20

Great news, you must be ecstatic. You know what you need to do now, don't you ..................................... pics !

LanguidLobster · 13/06/2018 09:00

Glad she's back. It gives you such a fright when they disappear, you automatically think the worst

Allergictoironing · 13/06/2018 11:11

Your vet may well be prepared to spay her now as she's 4 months, and as it's only been a few days they can still do her if she has been off with a local tom & got preggie.

Branleuse · 13/06/2018 11:16

ahh great news. I did my reply from having tab open without refreshing page so hadn't seen update x

rupertpenryswife · 13/06/2018 12:37

Thank you all, yes have booked vets, yes you can tell she's a Maine coon but I guess you still need to know what you are looking for. Let me rustle up some pics.
