Eating cat litter & losing weight!!

My cat is 10, a long haired cat, hasn't had an amazing appetite for years but is now extremely picky.
I keep trying different foods, types of meat and biscuits but she's lost weight, now down to 380g.

I caught her eating cat litter & took her to the vet yesterday, she had a full check up & blood tests showed no problems with kidneys, anaemia, no signs of cancer or thyroid problems.

Basically I was away for 12 days 3 weeks ago & she refused to eat for a few days, the vet thinks she may have got gastritis so she's given her some stomach settling meds.

The vet thinks eating the cat litter is a behavioural issue as all deficiencies were ruled out; she has always been easily stressed & at times aggressive with everyone except me. She was very clingy since I returned from my holiday.

How can I get her to eat more & solve her behavioural issues, any ideas welcome.

I've got fussy cat, who's on the skinny side, some days all she will eat is dreamies (only the turkey or tuna ones though) I tend to always have some dry down for her and her usual go to food is the gourmet sachets, some days she won't even eat that. If in doubt a bit of tuna in spring water and she'll wolf that down.

How is she with cat milk?

I haven't tried her with cat milk.

I bought some high fish content tuna sachets and she ate a whole sachet last night, but today I gave her the same & she's only had a few bites.

I suppose maybe her stomach has shrunk from not eating when I was away so she may not be that hungry.

I'm just going now to try and get some stomach medicine down her.
