Help - cat with triaditis

Looking for help and a hand hold. Cat diagnosed with triaditis. Idiot boy ate some fat balls and have been at emergency vet twice over the weekend. He still not great - have had to give him 2 enemas - anyone with experience or advice?

He is such a guts he is eating again - hills id as recommended by vet. He has had a whole chicken breast today too.

He's obviously feeling better! Phew, so do we get the obligatory photo now?
