Scabby kitten....help!

I need help. I took in a cat a month or so ago and it turned out she was pregnant. She gave birth to 6 kittens last week. All of them have seemed fine until today when I noticed that the runt of the litter was covered in scabby skin on its tummy. When I parted the fur on its back I could also see scabby dry skin although not anywhere near as bad as on its tummy. The other kitten's have smooth perfect fur and their skin is clear where as the runt kitten has funny wiry looking fur that doesn't lie flat and this scabbiness. I'm really worried about this kitten as he wasn't feeding well until two days ago, and was being ousted by the other kittens and the mother. Any ideas on what this scabbiness is and what's causing it? I'm so worried about the poor little thing Sad

Poor little thing Sad

Personally I'd get it to a vet asap

i would get him to a vets it could possibly be ringworm as its only one kit, our rescue has had a rash of fosters coming in with it this year so it looks like its on the increase or it could be a flea allergy, the vet is the best place to find out

It looks like flea allergy. Vet time for the kitten!

Thank you for the advice. Vet said it was an infection caused by poor cord removal when the kitten was born and he's given me some stuff to help clear it up. We lost one of the other kitten's last week due to problems with the cord removal so I'm glad this little one is (hopefully) going to be ok.
