Where do you keep the litter tray?

We've always kept it in the utility room. Bed house and we don't have one so it's in the downstairs loo. I was hoping they'd stop using it and go out more but if anything they're using it more.

But it just seems a bit grim having it where it is. I though about getting one that doesn't look like a litter tray, a bit like this one:

But it's an investment and they might hate one with a lid on?

Any ideas?

In the kitchen in the alcove meant for a dishwasher. Nowhere else to put it and its private for them and never smells.

In the hall, there's nowhere else it can go really. it used to be in the spare room but the guinea pigs are in there for the Winter at the moment. It will go back in there in Spring when the pigs go back outside

In the vestibule, we've had to remove a pane of glass to give the cat access, we had to keep it away from dd2 and then the dog, the dog eats the cat shit litter and all.
We're remodelling the house next year and I wanted to put in the new utility room but have realised I can't because of the damn dog.
Loving the cupboard idea, going to mention that to dh.
