Balancing objects on cats.

Yes I have no life. I'm heavily pregnant with a toddler so this is my entertainment on a Saturday night.
I give you.......toy traffic cones balanced on Dcat's head.

Anyone else as sad as me managed to balance anything on their cat?!

Disclaimer: this is a lighthearted thread. No toy traffic cones were hurt in the making of it.

OMG your cats let you do this?? My cats would have had your hand off for trying that!

Hopelass · 11/09/2016 12:07

It's a bit like buckaroo yello they tolerate it for so long then either get up and move or go batshit on your hands and tear you to shreds! It's a dangerous sport Grin

It looks fun Hopelass :-)

I'm counting down the months until I move house and can have a KITTEN -and hopefully kitten will be a bit more placid than my childhood farm-reared cats so I can join in buckarroo cat.

Toddlerteaplease · 11/09/2016 15:43

Op, your cat looks like some mythical creature with those horns on her head. Rushing home to start balancing rings on cats heads......

Sadik · 11/09/2016 17:12

Smallcat has got this one so wrong - she specialises in balancing on improbable items (which I thought was cuter until I caught her shredding my recent bank statement whilst sitting on my pencil case . . .)

PinkissimoAndPearls · 11/09/2016 17:32

PinkCat also misunderstands the nature of this game. As soon as one of the DC puts their homework book or paper on the table, the cat dives onto it and sits there looking stupid.

Hopelass · 11/09/2016 18:19

Balancing cats! Mine doesn't do so well at that she's too fat She does box squeezing though and fits in the smallest boxes she can.

I've been very lax today and failed to balance anything on her. Will try to do so later.........

This is today's pathetic effort. She moved before I could get anymore bricks Angry. I'll sneak up on her later. Mwah ha ha ha!

Jesus Dontfuck I would sleep with one eye open tonight if I were you...

PepsiPenguin · 12/09/2016 16:25

GrinGrinGrin

Mine all refuse to play... I am very disappointed.

They much prefer to play let's sit on anything our beloved owner slave wants to use 🙀

Naschkatze · 12/09/2016 18:50

I'm ashamed to say that I had a go at this last night (after being very amused by the thread) and got a bit cocky. Was telling DH, "I can put one more thing on before we take a picture" when DCat decided enough was enough and rolled over for a belly rub instead!

Must do better!

Hopelass · 12/09/2016 19:04

Brilliant efforts!! Loving the pics Grin

I am clutching my sides at these; they've really tickled me. Funny how I can watch comedy after comedy and not crack a smile but one of these photos (or someone skidding on a chip) has me cackling away

Topknob · 13/09/2016 13:46

Hopelass

The brick on the cats head is genius ! Grin

Thumbcat · 13/09/2016 13:55

Thank you OP for this great new hobby idea. My cat's out at the moment but I shall be balancing all sorts on her later Grin

Niklepic · 13/09/2016 14:00

Mark my words, this game is what will lead to the extinction of the human race. You think the kitties will let us get away with this? They're already planning revenge.

NineLivesKitten · 13/09/2016 16:29

Me too gatekeeper I need more pictures please

Hopelass · 13/09/2016 16:56

Bumping for anyone who'd like to join in this excellent sport.
Unfortunately we're away overnight tonight so DCat has a night off being balanced on.
Unless I call my mum who's looking after her and ask her to balance some random shit on the cat and take some pics but then she might think I'm a bit mad Grin

Build a bear clothes fit cats really well.

We lost our cat at the start of the summer, but this photo still makes me smile.

Our other one wouldn't put up with anything like that.

PinkissimoAndPearls · 13/09/2016 17:38

Hollinhurst you're another one who wants to sleep with one eye open tonight...

Pinkcat obviously knows I want to play as she hasn't come in for the last two days. Apart to eat and trip me up of course.
