How do you tell the difference in the dark?

My Kitty K. That is her name. She has lost one eye and half a tail.

She looks like a combination of grumpy and kind?

Cozie. I don't even try! I used to be able to work it out from which side of the bed they jumped on. Fatty on the right and snorg on the left. But they don't stick to that anymore!

Their tummies were shaved by a groomer hence the grey fur.

Just for pure gratification (mine), here's a couple more of a sleepy Little Monsieur, on his crocheted baby blanket. They're not his fags, he prefers Menthol Superkings.

My parents cat, on guard cat duty. (The feet were not actually resting on him.) he's supposed to be a Scottish fold but doesn't have the ears.

My two beautiful rescue sisters Ripley and Newt (who is in her idea of heaven - in a box on a bed!!!)

She does indeed look blissed out!

That picture would almost be frightening to any cat-phobics!

At last! Pictures of my rescue babies. Lassa is now OK to spend time on the sofa when I'm in the room - as long as she's in exactly the right mood, she's at the opposite end and I sit VERY still & don't move for a couple of hours. Then both together - Linton is still very much a scaredy cat & that's him poking his head out from behind the CD case, while she chides him for not coming out for dinner.

Goodness, Allergic. Just go about your business!

Oh Lassa will eat her Dreamies within 6 inches of me now, and even Linton has learned the sound of the packet being rustled & will look hopefully at me from a yard or so away. But as a pp said, black (or nearly black) cats aren't easy to photo especially as mine still prefer being under things if I'm moving about. Except Lassa when she squeezes herself into the ridiculously tiny cave near the top of the cat tree .

Also, while I'm here with all my new found moggie friends, does anyone know a rough cost of getting a cat flap fitted into a upvc French door?
