Do I have the most entitled cat in the world?

Last night I had gone to bed leaving teen downstairs. Boy cat 1 was sat on her lap.

He wanted to go out, so came upstairs and cried relentlessly for me to let him out.
Teen had opened the door for him but no, he wanted ME to get up and open the bloody door.

This morning, he started again. Came upstairs and cried outside my (open) door until I got up and came downstairs. I opened the door. He refused to go out. He went to his food bowl which DP had filled before work this morning. He refused to eat it. I picked up the bowl and stirred it with a spoon and put it back down and he ate.

Basically I had to get up, come downstairs and stir the cats breakfast before he would eat it.

Only chance of a lie in for two weeks today and he made me get up and fucking stir his fucking food.

Posted too soon, in Winter, when it's snowing, and I let her.

BiteyCat likes an audience when he eats. If DH is up first (rare) because he has to go into work, he ignores the bowl of food and comes to get me, because feeding him is apparently my job. And if I sneak off for a shower instead of standing talking to him, he stops eating, then miaows at me when I come out and rounds me up to the kitchen so he can finish his breakfast.

He's also started demanding the back door be opened instead of using the perfectly serviceable cat flap that he uses when we're not around. He will sit patiently at the back door for ages till someone notices then dash out when th door is opened - before racing back in via the flap ten minutes later once he's performed his ablutions.

Oddly though, he has zero interest in human food, unlike his predecessors LandingCat and LC's mum, who would sneak fish, roast chicken, tuna and prawns whenever they got a chance. BiteyCat just sniffs at the human food offering and politely declines.

One of mine shouts at me from the bottom of the stairs repeatedly till I come down.

I work from home. I get shouted at a LOT.

Mr C and I have just enjoyed an M&S ready meal. I had the couscous salad, he ate the harissa chicken. 'Balanced for you' - little do they know.

Me and Eponine share a packet of crisps before bed each night, she loves them.
I also have to let Jemima watch some jewellery channel, the fuzzy little weirdo is transfixed by it.
