Croydon cat killer

Advice please. The Croydon cat killer struck very close to my home last night, and I've decided to keep my girl in at night. She's 9 and doesn't go out very much now anyway.

Do I need a litter tray at night for her? I'd rather do without it, but I don't want upset her or make her ill holding it in, she's a very clean cat normally.

Thanks

Jesus wept, I hadn't heard of this. It's horrific.

Tbh if I lived there I would be keeping her in permanently and encourage your neighbours to do the same. It's not worth it. Those poor cats have clearly suffered horrible, scary deaths. Sad

"I think there's a facebook page set up in favour of the twat" Good God!

I'm here with one of my little lads watching him stalk and leap at his Flying Frenzy. And he gently taps me on the shoulder if he thinks I'm feeling a bit down.

It's a very strange and horrible phenomena that a large proportion of the human community feel it's fine to be cruel to animals; cats in particular. My sister used to be a police officer, and Christ, some of the awful things she saw done to animals. My own father used to drown kittens for a shilling or two in his boyhood. He tried to bring us up to hate cats, but I have 2, and my sis has 7. He also used to throw pepper in his landlady's cat's faces, snidey-like, when they were under the dining table. No way I'd have him in my house.

Why is it that many people accept it's OK to torture cats?

I know some people DO hate cats...I have a friend who will make all kind of jokes but the reality is that I k ow he would NEVER EVER do anything to cause suffering to an animal.

Whoever is doing this needs identifying quickly because people who do this sort of stuff can be serial killers in the making.m

Let's hope whoever it is has no children as they WILL be in an abusive household.
