So sorry Russian FlowersSadFlowers
Weegie, our girl loves sitting in front of the TV to watch the football!
I'm loving all the cats pictures out there! They're hilarious, real characters.

Aw Russian..we lost two cats within 6 weeks its horrible isnt it.

My folks lost their cat two weeks ago...they had been on holiday for 6 weeks and were staying with me on their way home, and got the call to sy he was ill and rushed home but didnt make it.

They are here again and I think Ernie has had extra cuddles..

Papergirl...You took your cat on holiday ? We have joked about taking Ernie as he seems ok in the car.. and at our cottage you can take dogs or horses so surely they would allow a cat ? lol

Yes, oldraver. Everyone thought we were mad but it was very successful, and I'd definitely take him again. Self catering houses stating pets allowed sometimes means dogs only, so I did check. We couldn't bear to leave him and he's very attached to the family.
He slept most of the way there and back, and once there he was quite happy to sit on the balcony with me watching dogs being walked past or left on his own while we went out - we would just find him asleep on the sofa when we got back.
He did escape on the last day when we were packing the car but after a while of giving us the run around while we frantically tried to catch him, he got bored and trotted in through the front door.
The next time we went away we flew so he went to stay with my mom. He is used to her house but hadn't stayed overnight before. He was fine though. He's a very adaptable little boy!
All of the cats on here are so gorgeous!

My 2 boys. The little curly one is a little arsehole mischief-maker.

So sad to read of the losses Thanks

We lost our beautiful boy last September, I still can't look at any pictures or videos of him without bawling.

X

Do not, under any circumstances, touch this cat whilst he's on the bed - your life would be in danger!

Even a tummy rub? Shock

frostyfingers · 05/02/2016 14:26

That's what he wants you to do - his response is to clamp himself round your arm and treat you like something he's just caught. He's a vicious so and so, but we love him really! Every dog round here is wary of him, and a neighbour's JR Terrier runs if the cat makes any movement.....

Our girl has just pinched DS's breakfast! Angry
