At 22 I thought she was everlasting- I was wrong she sadly passed away last night.
She has been by my side since she was 8 weeks old and next to me through the ups and the downs.
I miss her so so much, life will not be the same again.

RIP my Darling Daisy.

I'm really sorry for your loss - what a beautiful cat.

I can not believe it has been a week since you were snuggled on my lap- my precious girl I miss you so so much. I knew that when the day came I would be upset but nothing prepared me for the void that I feel with out you next to me.

I am so pleased some of you have found new cats that you adore as much as the ones you have lost.

I work in the community and went into a house this week with 7 kittens (4 weeks old) There was a grey one slightly lighter than Daisy! The lady has told me to let her know if I am interested.

Oh OP, I lost my darling - also called Daisy - 2 days ago and I am heartbroken. She was 14.5 years and we'd had her since she was 13 weeks. I am MN from bed to get away from the empty house, even though we have another cat still its just not the same. I feel her presence everywhere, her favourite room just vibrates with her personality. So so sad for you too Sad

So sorry - she was a very beautiful cat. Flowers

oh it's so hard when you have them for a long time.

I had to have my seventeen year old cat pts in May and even now the house is quiet even though I have a dog and a parrot. The other day I felt a jolt on the bed as if she'd jumped up there and I seriously wondered whether she'd come back to visit.

Have been wanting to get a kitten for a while but strangely ds seems reluctant - he grew up with the cat and I'm not sure he can conceive of having a different one iyswim.

Do think about getting one of the kittens...
