"My" beautiful girl is ready to go. She came to us as a scared of everything, skinny, hurt looking little thing. Now she is a bold, food stealing, little monkey.

Our foster coordinator told us that she's ready for a permanent home and I'm devastated (and obviously being selfish). I'll really miss her.

First photo is her on her second day, second photo is her today.

Oh bless her, and you! I don't think I could foster cats, I'd have to keep them all. I really admire people like you who can give these cats a good start in their new life, here's some Flowers for you.

I remember her well. Smile You've done her proud - such a lovely girl she is.

Just keep thinking of the next poor wee scrap that will need your love while Madam is ruling her new family. (I'd find it difficult to give her up as well though.)

I'd like to say thank you on behalf of her and her new family.
At the start of the week we adopted two beautiful kittens. They had been previously fostered. As a result they have settled in beautifully. Litter trained and aware that generally people don't like to be attacked! Affectionate and understanding of the word no! (Although generally choosing to ignore it!) Because of the fosterer's time and care they have made themselves at home and made us fall completely in love with them.
We could never thank the lovely foster family enough.
You have done a lovely thing. "Your" lovely girl won't forget it.
Xxx

Wolfiefan I actually feel really happy that we can give her new family a really good introduction to her and prevent her peeing all over their sofa

I think when you put so much effort into bringing them round, only to have to let them go it's bound to be hard - fairly obvious when you think about it.

DP, who is fairly indifferent to cats (more of a dog person) had a sad moment when I broke the news. She's touched us all.

cozie I will be posting pictures of the next one ;)

'Fixing' a 'broken' cat is truly rewarding. You are much better than me I have to keep them,

MissMarpleCat · 20/09/2015 13:34

Wow, she's a beauty and you're a Star

Wearyheadedlady · 20/09/2015 23:23

She's a real beauty with such a soulful face. You've done a marvelous job and I admire you for it.
