The mystery ear injuries

So the posh arrogant boy has two through and through puncture wounds on his left ear.
The tailless wonder has a large graze type wound on her right ear.
Both injuries appeared today, no evidence of big fight between them. There is a new car hanging about,

Obvious both of my babies are getting extensive attention on my bed.

Oh dear. Presumably that's a new cat, not in fact an aggressive car :) Where is the new cat? Is he coming into your garden?

The puncture wounds sound like 'cat fight' but not the large graze. Anything else been happening in your neck of the woods?

(Seniorboy doesn't realize it's actually a human bed up here - he thinks it's his. (He may have a point. Grin) Good luck to your two.)

Oh dear, what's this new cat like? Has he decided your garden is his?.

I think they are both cat fight injuries as I say graze, but it is deeper and a large flap. The new cat gets chased by the dog, but keeps coming back. I have no idea where it lives as the my house and nearest 7 are being knocked down later this year.
I will have to put the dog on super guard duties.

FatCat manage to carve a chunk out of his own ear that sounds exactly like the graze-with-flap you mention. The vet and I think he did it scratching himself.

The puncture wounds must be a fight though so I guess the Graze might be too, from a paw swipe given how FatCat did his ear.

It'd be a bus mans holiday for you having my cat. Another day, another minor injury in this house.

Today's is a fetching red sore on his eyebrow area.

Ah - a deep graze with flap does indeed sound like it could be a fighting injury. (I found in the past that the dog was the best defence against intruders. He loved cats and wanted always to play but he was so darned boundy that any stray cats would take one look and remove themselves muttering in horror.)
