Right so we have our two, Margot and Coley a week or two off a year now.
I love them both so much. and very different characters.
Over the course of the year, skinny baldy small Coley has cinderella-d is now the BOSS to the point she actually hunts poor Margot out of the house, and especially when I'm around. She minimeses my contact with Margot (our living space is very open plan). She camps up outside Margot's "room" in the vertical tunnel house cat thing making Margot growl. Margot sleeps in the clothes hamper in our room sometimes (or with dd, or in her "room") but I feel she's being hounded.

What can I do to help her?? Coley is happy and secure, but I think Margot is not. She is a gentle and very timid scaredy cat

I think female cats are naturally more dominant than males. Feral colonies are matriarchal societies. They'll most likely settle into the new status quo.

You could put some platforms up for Margot to escape to (cheap 12" deep shelves covered in carpet)

Foodie treats for them both when Coley isn't being a bully.

Have you got Feliway diffusers plugged in on each floor?

Thanks for the reply RM. I don't have feliway. I'll get some. And I'll try the treats. Maybe I do need a high place for Margot. Coley has monopolised the penthouse floor of the cat hotel.

I wish Coley would just ignore her, I feel she's tormenting poor old Margot who wouldn't hurt a fly Sad
You'd think a year in, they'd have settled...
