Advantages of not being able to see clearly

I was off focus when I saw the present BoyCat had brought in for me. A large, dead, black bird Sad.

I am so glad I agreed to go to a neighbour's house for a drink as it meant I didn't find it until 5pm. We all just hung out in my bedroom until DH got home Blush. DD offered to get rid but that seems wrong.

How does everyone else deal with these gifts when it turns out one is scared of dead bodies? Normally it is just mice...

Last year we had dead and live worms and a live frog along with several dead mice and one live one.

I know it is natural but I wish there was something I could do so they don't have the urge to hunt and kill.

Oh yes, a few weeks ago he took out a squirrel Hmm.

Bodies and poo - they don't tell you that about cats in Primary School. Grin

No decent suggestions - except to keep him in at night and when it's raining to avoid worms. (Those times are when they come out from beneath ground and lie invitingly on the surface.)

He has just been seen tucking into a mouse. He ran off when DH tried to get it. All doors now shut. I can not cope with so much life stock coming in. He has been asleep all day. Maybe it was GirlCat Shock but then she was napping on my quilt pile Hmm.

Blinking hunters!
