Apologies in advance, this is a bit yuck - but hope someone can reassure me 
Luna was spayed 3 weeks ago, and developed a seroma - this burst when the stitches pulled, so for the last week she's had a plastic cone on whilst it heals (the stitches are still in).
The vet said last Friday it may weep a bit, and to just wipe it with a litle warm water if it does.
It started dribbling a bit last night, it was a sort of pinkish fluid, quite clear - so I assumed more seroma fluid and dabbed it gently just to clean her up. It seemed to scab over again - then tonight the same thing happened, although the liquid was more yellowy. It seems to have stopped for now, I have her on my knee and am trying not to move in case it sets it off again!
She's back at the vets first thing tomorrow, but it doesn't look like she'll be allowed to have the collar off - she's starting to look all miserable in it poor thing.
She's eating OK (as well as she can whilst dressed as a lamp anyway!)
I just want my kitten to be better - we're having to keep her apart from the other cats and all she wants to do is play.
Does it sound likely to be infected? And if it is, will it be easy to treat? It's more round the stitches than the wound itself.
