Fencing to keep cats IN?

I am contemplating whether I can fence the garden in to keep my 3 in. Whilst they are very safe where we are, I may not be there much longer, and whilst I would move somewhere kitty friendly, it won't possibly be as good and on top of everything else I couldn't cope with a run over. They are very uneducated in the ways of the world.

So anyone ideas for fencing to allow them to roam in the garden, but will actually keep them in?

Someone came on the board recently to ask about \link{http://www.purrfectfence.co.uk/\this} but I don't know how they got on with it.

Trouble is that it's US (available in Britain through an import company) and it's also pretty expensive. How much are you realistically prepared to spend?

Catzeguard I think, fitted rollers etc

You could build a run for them. I know a bengal owner with a cat run, it's basically a wooden frame with chicken wire.

I don't know yet, as I'm not sure how big the area to be fenced will be. Or may be. Depending on what happens. It would be good to know if its an option if I end up house hunting.

Well it looks as if there are options depending on available funds, area needed - and how handy you are!

Happy house hunting.

Lol I am the absolute non handy person going, but looking at the katzecure option is very doable and affordable.

:)
