Could anyone in Manchester take on a mum and 5 kittens?

Only a few days old, shes not ours, shes a stray who had kittens in our shed,

We took her in but DH hates cats alot and is freaking out TBH.

We have loads of food (donated by neighbour who heard about the kittens)

I know its awful but we have enough on and can't deal with it.

Thankyou.

Sorry, not in manchester but could you ask your local rescue to help advertise for a home/foster mum in your area?

It's probably best not to move them at present imo but I would contact a rescue centre for advice. Hope you manage something.

I would take them if I could Sad

I'm desperately trying to think of someone who could help but coming up blank. Here is the number for Trafford Cats' Protection League - I think that might be your best bet.

Good luck (and your DH is soooo wrong about cats).

Try this. It's the main site for the whole charity - they're UK wide. Give them a ring?

issey6cats · 08/09/2012 23:48

also go onto catchat.org this site will bring up all the local cat rescues to you including the smaller independant ones maybe someone on there will be able to help

cozietoesie · 09/09/2012 13:21

Any luck Here ?

Have you managed to get onto catchat yet?

Smile

PS - remember to give lots of praise to DH for his patience. Works well in this sort of situation. Wink

I hope you've had some joy with this. I'm in Manchester and would love a house full of kittens but unfortunately probably don't have enough time to devote to it either.

We have a cat already who we adopted from the Humane Society in Wilmslow, it's a really lovely sanctuary and perhaps they could help, their phone no. is 01625 520802. The cat we adopted from there was a young stray who'd had a litter of kittens, all of whom had already been successfully rehomed.
