Abandoned kittens. What to do now

We found 2 kittens, not close to any houses, no mum around either. Managed to round them up and have them safe at home, but what do I do now?

Not sure how old they are but look far too young to be out (I will try and add a photo)

We have an older rescue cat (approx 16 years old.) How would we introduce them if we decide to keep them? Are kittens difficult to care for? They're so incredibly cute but we want to do the best thing for them.

Apologies if this has already been suggested, but have you tried Cats Protection? My MIL fosters feral kittens and takes on a lot elderly cats for them. She really rates them above the other shelters she's had contact with, but that could just be her local branch.

I thought he might have thawed a bit by now. It looks like you are the foster carer regardless though.

Yup. Thing is all the centres are full. I do have 2friends who will take 1 each. Please tell me that's ok Sad

I dont see why not, there not know kitten haters are they? Grin.

Nope. One already has a cat so can only take one, the other can only afford one. Not ideal but better they're in a loving family home rather than a rescue centre.

Haha! I actually quite like him. And the resident cat, even though she's grumpy as hell right now!

sounds ideal because kittens dont mind being seperated as much as people think, they will both have good homes and being as the people wanting them are friends of yours you should be able to see them growing up
