Help, stinking cat piss traumas

Help! We have 2 cats. Litter brother and sister (both neutered) aged about 5 from a rescue place. We've had them for 3 years and they are in the main a total delight.

I came downstairs this morning to find the utility room stinking of cat piss and a suspicious greasy/wet patch by the back door and on a pair of my husband's shoes which was in the way. Similar had happened yesterday afternoon. We had an identical episode 2 weeks ago. Each time has been the day the cleaners have been. It had never occurred before 2 weeks ago. It is only ever in the utility room which fortunately has a tiled floor.

Initially we wondered if it was related to a new cat who has been in the garden a lot and with whom both of ours have had minor scraps especially as the back door was open on the first occasion but clearly it was shut overnight (we have a cat flap but it's a pet porte microchip activated one so only our 2 can get in/out). I'm now starting to wonder if they are rebelling against something the cleaners have used (we use an agency and our usual lady has been ill so it's been someone different doing the cleaning the last 2 times)

What can I do? Husband is away and I am 36 weeks pregnant so getting on my hands and knees to scrub cat piss off the floor is not exactly easy. They both seem well so I am not convinced it's an illness thing.

Help!

The cats may be getting attracted back to that spot if the cleaning agents used on it contain amonia. Bicarbonate of soda sprinkled over the offending area works well to shift the stench.
