Not sure what to do with my cat.

:( Been v upset about this, but been having problems with my 1 yr old cat for a few months now and not really sure what else to do.

At first she didnt like going out much but would go out for an hour or so and come straight back but since just before Christmas she is always out and comes back for an hour or so.

She has brought home dead animals, live mice everything! So when I have tried to keep her in as I dont like her out at night she just cries at the door and attacks the younger kitten all night, she also will go in the tray but has the worst diarrhea ever and goes everywhere near the tray its just awful.

Then for the past 2 nights i've not let her out at all, she has made a mess of the trays which ive had to clean 3 times im not v happy with this as im currently pg and shouldnt really be doing this but no choice. Then she has decided to do it on my wool rug before school this morning which is now ruined, ive decided enough is enough and am at the end of my tether I dont think I can keep going with her as soon there will be a baby and cannot cope with all this aswell.

I feel awful rehoming her though as I do love her dearly and have been in tears about it, but I dont really have a choice she is obviously not happy here and im not sure what the next step is?

Any advice?

Sorry for the essay but havent really anyone else to talk to as dp is not v happy with her and my friends are not really cat people :(

right the hunting theres nothing you can do about that cats are hunters and some more than others,

the diarrhea get her to a vets and find out why she has the squits, may just be a simple infection and need anti Bs,

and if shes really not happy a rehome would be best for her, if shes one year old and friendly she will be rehomable, but be warned most rescues have a long waiting list and it may be several months before anyone has a space and please do not contact the big one as they have a kill policy

Agree with issey. Take her to the vet to find out why she is so loose.
Bringing live things home is just part and parcel of the joys of cat ownership.
If you wear rubber gloves when you are dealing with the trays, you should be OK. Is there a test for the disease whose name escapes me but cats carry it?
