Have you got some non-absorbent cat litter for your tray? It makes it really easy.

FourFortyFour · 17/03/2011 19:07

Yes, the vet has given me some magic litter and a syringe so I can take the sample. She might not be happy as she normally goes out. I know what is wrong with her, this is more tests as she hasn't been too great Sad.

Didn't work as dh didn't follow the instructions. We went on what the surgery told us so I will have to do it again.

Ah husbands and instructions you need say no more.

FourFortyFour · 18/03/2011 16:53

Exactly. Luckily the vet was able to take a sample from her there and then.

I'm glad you managed to get one but for future reference, put two paperbacks at one end of the litter tray, use the non absorbent litter, the urine flows to the lower end (put the litter at the top end).

FourFortyFour · 18/03/2011 19:46

That is a great idea, thank you.
