with an absolute passion. Not got a problem with people who don't like cats - each to their own and all that.

Except my DS's have just all witnessed the neighbour come charging out of her back door and screaming at our cat. We were sat in our living room with the window open, and the window is literally the other side of the fence from her back door

"Get out of my garden, if you come in here again you'll be in trouble"

There are quite a few cats round here - have seen quite a lot about out the back before we got Jambo in January including one that regularly sits on the top of their shed and wanders round their garden (have seen it out of DS2/3's bedroom window) - have never heard them react like that to the other cats though

Mutt (it did scare me as well Blush). Youngest was ok with it.........'twas the 7yr old who was upset.

I have a funny cat clip on YouTube Grin

I think it was the way she scared him out, and the addition of "you'll be in trouble" that got to me.

"Get out of my garden you horrible stinky cat" "or bugger off you horrid little creature" (he weirdly comes in smelling of eggs when he's been out Confused" on it's own would have been ok. I just didn't like the "threat" that went with it.

I tell you I'm seriously considering (especially as the weather is getting nicer so boys in the garden again) buying them a little parcel of

Cat Scarer
Ear Plugs
Rescue Remedy (for when the above 2 options fail)

and leaving it on their doorstep......Blush

I love cats but my neighbours ones shit in my garden and front lawn where my DC play. She needs to get them a litter tray. Until then I will continue to yell at hers when they dare to come in a dig holes to crap in.

I also pick the turds up with a spade and deposit them on her lawns.

Mutt - I can assure you I'm not paranoid about these neighbours. Once I'm working I'm seriously considering trying to find somewhere else in the area to rent as living long term next to these particular neighbours isn't going to do me any good (or the DS's)

You too Baroque....

My neighbours are elderly, lovely but he trains racing pigeons. Can you imagine a worse combination than champion racing pigeons and tag team 9 month old kittens.

Last week we also had a cat flying over the fence accompanied by shouting!!!!

Alas we own this house so there is no moving for us!
