It's pretty slick advertising and uses lots of terms centred around adoption, but is obviously a puppy farm. If only more people cared to do the due diligence like OP.
I have 4 rescue dogs, 3 of which were older puppies. Thankfully the original owners relinquished them to a legitimate, reputable rescue as their circumstances were wholly unsuitable for a puppy. They presumably bought them from somewhere like this that has no interest in vetting the prospective owners.
