Lowest calorie natural dog chews

The small dog I recently adopted is a little overweight and is on a diet to hit her target weight in around two months. She’s currently losing her eyesight and very confused. The behaviourist suggested that I got her long lasting natural chews to help calm her down but I’m concerned about the impact on her weight. I’m struggling to find information online on the lowest calorie chews. Can anyone advise me please? Also is there a maximum time I should let her chew?

I’m seeing the behaviourist again in ten days and will get more advice then but was hoping to pick your brains in the mean time.

It depends a bit on what she will chew tbh. Antlers or unfilled cow hoof would be very low calorie as they don't get much off. Of things that you eat, buffalo ear or dried trachea is pretty low calorie and you can reduce her meals to allow for the treats.
I think I'd only restrict chewing time if it felt obsessive, but i've never had a dog that would do it to the extent that it needed control.
Have you thought of using a likimat for her meals? The licking is soothing to them and as it slows eating down its more satisfying when their food is more restricted

Carrot or brussel stalk, things like that

Ostrich bone? Lasts for ever, as far as I can see.

Thanks. Carrots are the only thing she doesn’t like but I’ll investigate Brussels sprout stalk. She loves Buffalo ear and trachea and has an ostrich leg she’s not yet tried. From the look of them I’d thought they were high fat but I’m guessing the white must be cartilage not fat if you are recommending them.

Im about to experiment with adding water to kibble on a licky mat. She only has 120 grams of food a day so it’s hard to cut back to allow treats and ensure she still has a balanced diet
