knowing one command or skill, what would it be?

N.B - I had a frankly insane (no other way to describe it) conversation with someone yesterday. Now I am curious…

@TheeNotoriousPIG ‘come’ is useful, but only if that’s the command you use. I use ‘here’ for recall for mine…

And likewise lots of people don’t name their dogs until they collect them. Or, in my case, until the pup is 12 weeks and you’ve finally decided between ‘Philip’ and ‘Kevin’ 😁

Phillip and Kevin are both excellent names! I love it when dogs have names that are apparently only reserved for humans 😁

By the time I got to DDog 3, people gave up questioning me on their 'human' names... it's a good job they're not boys, though, or humans would have to get used to dogs called Phillip, John and Simon!

I’d live a toilet trained puppy as it’s one of the biggest things holding me back from getting a pup- id be worried to muck up in some essential stage and have puddles and accidents around the house forever.

I would pay extra for a pup to come later to me and have that extra time with mum and getting trained… is that a thing?
