What are you getting your dog for Christmas?

So far I just have a home baking biscuit kit which obviously she isn't going to be able to play with...although she loves unwrapping gifts. I'm looking for any lovely treats that have gone down well with your hounds or toys that are a bit unusual but a hit?

I have to admit it is one of the highlights of our Christmas (especially when kids are a bit older and you can't rely on the instant excitement from them when opening presents)! I love how she goes to her basket to pick out a toy to play with too, although some of them aren't as chewed as others...

I've ordered the wobble treat dispenser so far. Maybe a new collar would be a nice idea - any recommendations? She does also love floof. Not keen on coats but snuggle things get commandeered (sherpa blankets for example).

Some slices of turkey and beef with gravy on it. A few chew snacks.

A Roolo (got the idea from a thread on here. Thanks to whoever recommended it), a couple of balls (to replace the ones that are floating in the sea somewhere), a new football to replace the one he's used so much it's no longer a ball, some cheesy treats and a pig in blanket chew thing. But what he will love best of all is shredding the wrapping paper!

A kong ball, a squeeky sheep, a crinkly lobster and some "posh" treats. He waits patiently for everyone to open a present and then does nose nudges to remind us he's still waiting.

He'll also get spoiled rotten by the kids throughout the day as they don't see him so much now they've left home.

My dog has one of those , he doesn't usually bother with those treat dispenser type toys but he really likes batting and nudging this around the house and garden

She already has a dog treat Advent calendar

She’s getting pizzles for Christmas. And the pleasure of the DCs home for a while

Edited to add: And she’s got us two new board games, so we have a choice what to play after lunch until the King’s Speech

A new squeaky toy. And he'll get a wee bit of Christmas lunch in his bowl.

I shall be visiting my “dog man” on the market tomorrow, he sells buffalo skin rolls/lamb rolls as well as ears all of which she loves. Thinking of making a selection box up for her of ones big enough to last her 3-4 hours so we can watch a few films on tv in piece ( she’s 13 months old)

Our dog (Springer) loves those selection boxes. I'm sure your dog man can make one up. I go all shuddery if I look at them though. We open the box and he's allowed to choose one, he loves it.

No toy has been indestructible for him so the only other thing he will be getting is a fallow antler which he also loves.
