Hi please can anyone recommend a long lasting chew for my 10 week puppy at the moment her favourite chew tow is my foot Grin I bought some yak chews from Amazon but they are not suitable until she's 4 months old
Photo because she is gorgeous

I remember I used to find it quite upsetting that I could only pet our Lab puppy when he was sleeping because every time I tried to do it while he was awake he would bite my hands! Happy to report that he’s cuddly now and has been since he lost his baby shark teeth.

OP you've had great advice so I'll not distract from that, but I laughed so much about her pulling your trousers down 🤣🤣🤣
I've had a bra and knickers somehow appear in my front garden, and one of my pups a few years ago thought playing with a tampon was the BEST!

We are 7months now and over all the issues. She loves using her nose and finds everything for me! I only have to show her once. I've just taken her mantrailing and she was absolutely amazing at it. And knackered afterwards 🙏

Matters still being conquered; must be put on the lead of shame when another dog is in the distance and asked to sit. Otherwise she thinks nothing of leaping on top of them like some kind of ungainly wrestler and I get shouted at, which is understandable. Her play style is APPALLING. I blame that on my older dog (Newfoundland) who lets her do whatever she wants, most of the time, leaving me to step in to referee! No little witchy is going to spoil my first babies peace 🤣. Enjoy her - she's a beaut ❤️🐾

Ps: once she's a little older, and you must supervise, an old welly keeps my canine livewire going for ages if I put a bit of kibble in it. The bend makes it hard to get out. I don't have a chewer who swallows stiff, she spits it out so it does make life easier. At 6 months, small marrowbones. An hours peace then you can wash, stuff the hole and freeze. I put her food quota in every day as she eats waaaay too quickly.

All your messages have been so welcome this morning! I just had a teary evening yesterday saying "I just want it to be nice!" as, like @Twiglets1 said, the only time we get to stroke pup is when she's asleep at the moment! We've had lab puppies before but never one so chompy! We're 16 weeks in so really hoping only a couple more months before my hands and arms stop looking like Frankenstein!

I honestly think you are at the worst point @daisyboo1 and your little sweetheart/monster will lose her baby teeth soon and things will get so much better.

Thank you @Twiglets1 Am sure you're right. Onwards!
