Male dog leaking pee

Has anyone experienced this with their dog. He is a 3 year old Cockapoo and neutered. Vets have tested for infection nothing has come back positive for blood or urine. But he is leaking in his sleep, when he first wakes or if he jumps up quickly.

Yes! We have a retired greyhound who does this. We've had him checked out too. He leaks when he need a wee and on waking.

We thought it was a hangover from his racing days/trying to withhold for long periods to keep his kennel clean? He's never actually urinated in the house. So clean.

Anyway I don't know what the answer is. One person said to take his water away. No way am I doing that! Anyway we have another dog in the house so presumably she'd have to suffer too??

@notsubscribedhere We rehomed our little man and thought it could be a settling in thing. He has never urinated in the house, always asks to go out. Wouldn’t take his water away either. Someone recommended filtered water, so we are going to give that a go and see if it makes any difference.

Oh I hadn't heard about filtered water. I wonder why. Maybe an irritant that's removed in the filtration process?

@notsubscribedhere yes that what I have been told.
