Hypoallergenic dog bed - help!

Hi Girls, my dog has a severe allergy to dust mites and storage mites. I know this as part of his treatment he had a blood test (a very expensive one!) that confirmed it. He also has a monthly injection to reduce his symptoms. Anyway, I'm now on the hunt for a hypoallergenic dog bed, it seems the best thing is a wipe clean one, the array is quite confusing. Do you have any recommendations? He is a tiny JRT, short thin coat, doesn't shed much.
Also is there anything else I can do for him? We haven Amtico flooring except in two of the bedrooms and on stairs, he does sleep in our bedroom but in his own bed. Thankyou for any suggestions..

I don’t know if this is hypoallergenic, and it is also very expensive but maybe something like this https://ivyandduke.co.uk/product/the-pedigree-waterproof/

or maybe one of those plastic classic basket style beds, and a hypoallergenic duvet and cotton duvet cover on it? Could be a toddler size duvet/cover as he is little, and both would fit in the washing machine.

just a thought.

Kennel Mate - they can be hosed down. I use a steamer on mine - the one I currently have must be oer 20 years old so they tend to last. You can also wash the inside bed as well as the cover.

My dogs like to have a blanket on top of the bed though!

Actually correct advice is fully machine washable done every 3 days is best.

Thankyou I did consider buying one of those plastic moulded beds and putting in a few blankets, but he is such a tiny skinny thing that I worry about him being warm enough. Also he needs two beds, one in our room and one for downstairs so it gets expensive...
I sort of hesitate with the duvet because I cut one down and stitched it for our previous dog once and I came home to find him stuck inside it..he seemed quite content but it really scared me, I thought he could have suffocated so I ditched it.

Is this for all beds? I wash his bed at least fortnightly, it's pure white and with a blanket inside too is still often pristine looking when I wash it. I feel he needs a bed with short sides not flat, but not too high either.
