Is my house just destined to stink?

Got a Patterdale and he's lush. But makes my house smell
He rolls in fox poo at every opportunity and is bathed each time he does this.
I smell him and still get that biscuit puppy head smell but the house stinks. I notice it if we go away then come back or if I go into say the kitchen and then back to lounge. We have carpet in the lounge which we wash regularly and fabric sofas I scrub with biological wash liquid but it still honks to me.
Is this it forever ? Friends with curly/ poo dogs don't have smelly houses to me.
Windows opened regularly and all blankets/ cushions washed weekly.
Any tips? Other than get him a perm and hope it changes his pong?! 🤣

Ooh, bandits which air purifier did you get? I've been eyeing them up since we got a second dog and the smell levels in the house tipped over from 'rural' to 'doggy', despite regular mopping and a Eufy on permanent duty.

How did you train not to roll? His eyes seem to glaze over in ecstasy when he finds a patch ?!!

As soon as he rolled he was straight back on his lead and back home , end of walk , it seemed to do the trick as for the last few years I’ve only had to shout out No to him and he doesn’t do it .
