Picking up my female pup at the end of this month and struggling for names.

When I get her, she’ll be 9 weeks old. Mother is a border collie, father unknown but suspect he is also a border collie.

This isn’t her, but a pic for reference. Colouring is quite similar.

Collies are bright, with endless energy. They need input, physical and mental, to stop them getting bored. We had a rescue one, who was all this and quite “strong eyed”, and was also territorial enough to bite intruders.
We called her Vix, short for Vixen.

Oh, definitely border collies!
The only one who outchewed them was the springer spaniel my parents got afterwards. At least collies have a brain. Springers operate on pure chaos.
