Question about season ending

So she's been on heat now for around three weeks this weekend. She has kept herself scrupulously clean so that coupled with the fact she likes spending the day in the garden and we have orangy pine floors mean that blood is pretty much not there. She is very hairy so we noticed when she was sniffing more, weeing to tell the boys where she is and red bits (swelling difficult to see due to floof). She was also a bit more bold (she's a bit of a scardy cat in the garden in the dark due to fireworks). So I'm noticing less weeing. Still sniffing, red bits are much darker in colour - almost purple and are deffo less obvious and a bit less bold.
My question is, when is a season over. Normally people say when there is no blood but there has been very little visible blood to tell. I think she's near the end and we'd like to send her to doggy day care a week today but should we be aware of a 'can still get pregnant' aftermath?

IIRC the end of bleeding coincides with peak fertility, and you should allow at least a week after that. Is her vulva still swollen/soft?

Do you know anyone with a nice small intact male (who can be scooped away if necessary)? Because her reaction to him might show you if she's still receptive. And his reaction to her will show if she still smells alluring. Warning - this can be risky - only to be tried if you're pretty sure she's finished and you just want to check.

Are her parts swollen at all? Push her tail down-if she moves it to the side or pushes back into you she’s still looking to breed.
Regardless of whether she can still get pregnant, if she’s still smelling alluring you’ll really upset you daycare if you send her in. It’ll play havoc with the other dogs. I’d err on the side of caution here.

We were advised at least a week after bleeding had stopped, but noticed we continued getting attention from male dogs for a while after that. I wouldn't personally risk daycare, it can be quite distressing for the females to be pestered.

Thank you @wetotter @MrsWinters @TerrierOrTerror . The trouble is we don't know when she has or hasn't stopped bleeding. Vulva deffo not as swollen so will give it another week.
