Phantom pregnancy

Our 10mth old is 2 weeks into a phantom pregnancy.
She saw the vet a week ago who gave her cabergoline to dry up the milk that had just started. We’ve removed all the toys she was carrying round.
Lots of love and cuddles and playing.
She had most of the symptoms apart from being off food. She’s usually such a food hound.
Yesterday started not wanting to eat her usual kibble but will still eat treats and human food, she’s also started to shiver every so often.
This morning she’s eaten kibble mixed with gravy but won’t eat it

Normally I wouldn’t worry too much as we’d be here with her but we’re supposed to be going on holiday tomorrow. She’s staying with a trusted friend but I’m still worried about leaving her.
This holiday is the first for a long time and we all really need to get away.

Anyone with experience?

Bump as it’s still an issue

She might need to go back to the vets. It could be pyometra

Normally with a phantom pregnancy a bit less food, more exercise and toys away sorts it eventually. Dog a bit moody is fine, dog poorly is a vet job.

Good luck
