Housetrained dog weeing in the house again.

I have three dogs, all are well housetrained, 2 will sleep for hours through the night and wait to wee when the humans wake up - normal weekday waking 6.30 - 7, weekend maybe 9.30.

The third has never been able to do this.
She will go out for a last wee between 10.30 and 12 (lately I’ve been making sure it’s later) depending on when I go to bed.
She will then whine and build up to bark to go out between 5 and 6.30. Lately if I’m not up immediately (because I’m asleep and don’t hear her before she reached loud barking) she will wee on the lounge carpet.

She is nearly 2, she is incredibly intense and hard work. It’s hard not to anthropomorphise her as so much of her tricky behaviours seem deliberate - I do resist the urge though.
She was spayed after her first season, no complications, recovery went perfectly.

I’ve been back to basics with housetraining during the day, not that during the day has been a problem.
I am on the ball getting up to let her out, but the last three mornings she has wee’d in the house (cleaned with proper stuff so it doesn’t smell inviting!), and as her range includes middle of the night, often only 6 hours apart, I’m not keen on the idea of getting up through the night to take her out.

had a nasty knee injury, shortly after it got better I got covid, which took a few weeks to get over, so she hasn’t been getting enough exercise. We do mind games to keep her busy (wouldn’t cope without those!) and some scent work, so she’s generally chilled (for her!) and not climbing the walls.

Any ideas why she’s recently started weeing indoors?
Is it worth getting a vet to look over her?
Any training tips to help her to sleep longer over night?
Thank you!

You need to see a vet to rule out any physical causes.

What breed is she?

How often does she wee in the day?

She’s a bull lurcher (greyhound, whippet, bedlington, staffie).

She doesn’t wee excessively, I will count today, but she doesn’t wee any more than my other dogs or any past dogs.

She needs a vet check to rule out issues like a UTI.

I do believe spayed bitches can sometimes struggle with continence and holding their bladders for long periods, so that may be worth discussing with the vet too.
